We happily offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $75. We offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $75. (This applies to Australian orders only).

We send our goods through Australia Post with tracking numbers we share with you.

If you are unhappy with the fit of your product we are happy to exchange, provide a store credit or a full refund. 

• For your return, please contact us before you return the item by emailing pricklypear2019@yahoo.com
• All returned items must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. 
• Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge (if you paid shipping)
• All items must be returned at the expense of the customer.
• Exchange items will not be charged additional shipping. We will pay the shipping of your new product.
